  • In General – Online Terms

This agreement is a contract between SosoCo - Global (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN: 28 631 059 562 and (you) the customer. The terms and conditions of this agreement apply to all ordering, purchasing and delivery of garments from to (you) the consumer of our products offered for online sale and form a contract between (you) and SosoCo-Global (Aust) Pty Ltd as amended by us from time to time.

  • Definitions
  1. Brand’ as defined in these terms as being a label which may be offered for sale via many designers as a collective.
  2. The ‘Business’ as defined in these terms and conditions of this contract is as being trading as SosoCo-Global (Aust) Pty Ltd as described in the body of this document, together with any other business, being Proprietary, Corporation, Proprietary Limited, Partnership as defined under the Australian Corporations Act 2011 and or Sole Trader as defined under the Victorian Registration Bill 2011 in the state of Victoria in Australia, which may at any time in the future conduct business via this website. Also included in this definition is any International university student, sole trader or corporate structured registered business operating in the country of origin of the Designer, label or brand.
  3. ‘Business day’ as defined in these terms as being any day within the working business week of Monday to Friday.
  4. The ‘Category merchant’ as defined in these terms and conditions of this contract is as being a merchant member of this website that advertises goods for sale on the Website.
  5. The ‘Customer’ as defined in these terms and conditions of this contract is as being whom an ‘active member’ supplies goods or services on behalf of
  6. Delivery Address’ means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on your Order.
  7. Delivery Agent’ means a nominated third party delivery or shipping company for SosoCo – Global (Aust) Pty Ltd (online)
  8. Delivery Fee’ means the fee charged by the Delivery Agent for the delivery of Goods.
  9. Designers’ as defined in these terms as being an individual who designs garments.
  10. Goods’ means the items offered for sale described or displayed on SosoCo-Global (online).
  11. GST’ has the meaning given in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth). *Note goods sold outside of Australia do not incur a Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  12. Labels’ as defined in these terms as being individual label names operating within a ‘sole trader or ‘Proprietary and or Proprietary Limited business collective arrangement.
  13. Law’ means any written rule or collection of rules, including, but not limited to any statute, regulation or determination, any form of custom or policy recognised and enforced by judicial decision.
  14. Linked Sites’ as defined in these terms and conditions as being a trading Proprietary or Proprietary Limited business (or other International Corporate Structure) using links to join in selling its products to the public via an advertising licensed arrangement.
  15. Merchandise’ & or ‘Goods’ & or ‘Products’ collectively defined in these terms and conditions of this contract is as being the garments offered for sale collectively as SosoCo-Global (Aust) Pty Ltd ACN: 28 631 059 562 (Online) trading as
  16. Order’ means a request by you to purchase Goods from SosoCo-Global (Online) under these terms.
  17. Personal Information’ has the meaning given in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  18. Price’ means the purchase price of each Good as specified on the website (including GST if purchase is made within Australia). For purposes of quantifying, price extends to designers 'own' website to be at all times the same and in unison with prices displayed on the site. 
  19. Privacy Policy’ means the SosoCo Global (Online) Privacy Policy as found on this website.
  20. Restricted Goods’ means Goods subject to restrictions in particular jurisdictions or bound by International Treaty Laws, including Goods which cannot be sold to minors (under 16 years of age).
  21. Returns Policy’ means the SosoCo Global (Online) Returns Policy found on this Website.
  22. Sale’ as defined in these terms and conditions of this contract as being a trade of merchandise between and (you) the customer. The sale is passed to (you) the customer once the merchandise has been fully paid for, (you) the customer have signed for and received the goods and the return limit has been exhausted as defined in the returns policy of this document under ‘Returns Policy’.
  23. Sale items’ as defined in these terms and conditions as being goods offered for ‘sale’ at a reduced price than what was initially offered previously for ‘Sale’.
  24. The ‘Services’ as defined in these terms and conditions of this contract is as being the services available to ‘suppliers’ via this website or the linkable sites available to (you) the customer for ‘public’ view. (collectively, the ‘Services’)
  25. Sizing’ as defined in these terms and conditions as being the designated garment sizing as specified by the individual designer or category merchant who displays merchandise for sale on the website.
  26. Title’ as defined in these terms and conditions refers to the ‘title of ownership’ of garments sold to (you) the customer. Risk and ‘Title’ passes to (you) the customer on the date and time of delivery by our Delivery Agent Australia Post (Domestic) DHL International / UPS International Couriers (International)

  • Customer Service Policy
  1. SosoCo-Global (Aust) Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3 – 10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time.   8. You the customer will be bound by these Terms when you submit an Order via the Website. Each Order you place will be a separate contract between you and SosoCo-Global (Aust) Pty Ltd for the supply of Goods, under these terms.
  • Placing Orders for Goods through the Website
  1. When you place an order through an offer has been made to purchase the Goods at the price specified at the time of advertising.
  2. You acknowledge that in completing the order form that you agree to provide complete and accurate details to enable the processing and delivery of your Order. This information will also be used by the Delivery Agent to deliver your order.
  3. You may order from SosoCo Global Online if you are 16 years of age and over, have an active email account and a telephone number at which you can be contacted.
  4. Once you submit your Order, cancellations of your Order or amendments to your Order (changes) cannot be made. You must check your order carefully before submitting your Order.
  5. Orders at times may not be consolidated into one ‘Delivery Order’ when you submit your Order. Each Brand / Label / or Individual Designer will be processed separately and delivered accordingly.
  6. Orders cannot be placed via SosoCo Global online in connection to Linked sites.
  7. Orders placed via the SosoCo Global (Online) Website are exclusive to the products directly advertised on our Website. All products advertised via a Link arrangement are subjected to the Terms and Conditions of that individual Linked Website.
  • Acceptance and rejection of Orders
  1. SosoCo Global (Online) reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time.
  2. When we accept an Order it constitutes an agreement by SosoCo Global to supply Goods under these Terms
  3. If for some reason your Order is rejected, we will notify you in writing via email within 5 business days. All monies received will be returned within the same time.
  4. SosoCo Global (Online) will not be liable for any loss you may incur or that of a third party for the rejection of an Order.
  5. If we cannot contact you about your Order using the contact details that you have provided after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will reject the Order and then notify you within 5 Business Days via phone or email. 
  • Availability of Goods 
  1. From time to time some goods advertised on our Website maybe out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your Order. If this happens then SosoCo Global (Online) will:
    1. Source the goods and notify you of the ‘new’ expected delivery date.
    2. Give you the option to cancel your order
    3. Give you a full refund if the option of cancellation is accepted
    4. Notify you within 5 business days via phone or email to organise either the refund or
    5. Come to an alternative arrangement as agreed by you.
    6. SosoCo Global (Online) has the right at any time to withdraw or suspend from sale any Garment displayed on the Website, either temporarily or permanently, at any time. SosoCo Global (Online) will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of sale of a particular Garment.
    7. Where a Garment which is the subject of an Order has been withdrawn or suspended from sale and your payment for the Good has already been processed, we will refund any money paid to us.
    8. All advertised images on the SosoCo Global (Online) Website are for illustrative purposes only, and the sizes and dimensions of Goods may differ in real life, and any accessory featured with the Garments is for illustrative purposes only and are not made available for sale with the product advertised at time of display on the Website.
    9. You acknowledge and agree that you have read any written description of the Garments on the Website before submitting your Order.
    10. You acknowledge that any colour of goods advertised on the SosoCo Global (Online) Website may differ slightly in real life and
    11. Where measurements are provided for all Garments advertised on the SosoCo Global (Online) Website, it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each Garment is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your Order.
    12. Clause (g) also includes a safe passage for our ‘Delivery Agent’ to deliver the goods to you as specified as your delivery address on your Order.
    13. SosoCo Global (Online) will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of sale of a particular Garment by a ‘Member Linked Participating Website’.
  • Pricing
  1. Pricing is set by the individual designer of each label. All prices on the website are displayed in Australian Dollars, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). Any fees and charges (e.g. Delivery Fees) imposed by those Terms also include GST where applicable.
  2. If you wish to convert the Dollars into your currency of choice please click on the currency converter displayed in the checkout section of this website. Note all final transactions on this website are settled in Australian Dollars (DOMESTIC) and currency of choice (INTERNATIONAL) and are final from point of sale.
  3. reserves the right not to honour any incorrect offers represented on the Website made by genuine humane or system error. Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example in a price or otherwise) we will reject that part of the Order affected by the error. You will be refunded the value of that part of your Order affected by the error and SosoCo Global Online will fulfil the remainder of your Order. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfilment of your Order, you can return your Order to us under the Returns Policy.
  4. SosoCo Global (online) reserves the right to change or alter Prices of Goods on the Website without notice to you. If you have already submitted an Order at a particular Price, there will be no change or alteration to that Price (provided your Order is not affected by a pricing error, in which the case the procedure in the above clause will apply).
  5. SosoCo Global (online) does not accept purchases on hire purchase and does not make available to customers Layby.
  6. All Garments on the SosoCo Global (Online) website can be purchased using the payments specified on the front of this Website.
  7. Any payment for an Order must be cleared by SosoCo Global (online) before Goods are dispatched. If your payment cannot be processed, your Order will be rejected by our system and you will be notified of this through the SosoCo Global (online) website. If a credit card payment cannot be processed you should contact your card issuer first to try to resolve the problem, or use an alternative payment method in order to continue with your Order.
  8. You agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened in any Law in paying or attempting to pay for Garments on the SosoCo Global (Online) Website.
  9. SosoCo Global (Online) bears no responsibility for any prices ‘Advertised’ on the ‘Participating Members’ Linked Sites and will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of those prices advertised here in.
  • Refund & Returns Policy


  1. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

See below our current refund policy:-

  1. must be notified within 28 days of garment purchase of intended return.
  2. The garment must be resalable and must not have been worn or washed.
  3. The garment must be returned with all tags and packaging.
  4. The garment must be returned in the same box that it was received in.
  5. The goods must be returned to the returns address supplied on the front of the customer receipt.
  6. The returned goods must be returned with a ‘completed’ return note which has been included in the packaging and invoice of your initial delivery package.
  7. has been notified via email (email supplied and found on the front page portal) of an intended return.
  8. Depending on the reason for return code that (you) the customer implement into the ‘return note’ and return with your intention of return via the email supplied at the front of this website system will depend on whether (you) the customer are liable to pay carrier costs for the item returned.
  9. Cash refunds are not approved unless the garment supplied is faulty. Or a genuine human error has occurred at time of pricing in which (you) the customer will be notified and fully refunded of all deposits made at time of point of sale.

  11. Returns can only be accepted via UPS International couriers and only once has approved and arranged for your pickup.
  12. Do not send goods back unless prior approval has been arranged as return goods will not be accepted by our office. Your courier will simply be asked to return the product back to you. You may contact us directly if require a garment return pickup via the contact details supplied at the front of this website.
  13. It is conditional of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and other card schemes that refunds be processed on the same card as the original payment was made in order to minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity on cards. SosoCo – Global (Aust) Pty Ltd is compelled to comply with all card scheme rules in order to be able to accept these card types for the benefit of (you) the consumer. Therefore all of your refunds will be credited to the card that you used for your Order.
  • Shipping and Delivery Policy 
  1. The average delivery times for standard delivery are:
  2. 4 – 7 Days goods shipped to and from Australian delivery points.
  3. 7 – 10 Days goods shipped to WA Country, far North Queensland and most of the Northern Territory, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
  4. 7 – 20 Days goods shipped Internationally
  5. 7 – 20 Days goods shipped from International destinations into Australia.
  6. *All other variables please allow 7 – 20 days. As some designers and brands reside overseas and are delivering directly from their place of business into your home country delivery address.
  7. All products sold via globally are shipped using Australia Post (Domestic) or DHL / UPS International courier service. From time to time, ‘you’ (the purchaser) may be charged return postage if we find that ‘you’ have just simply changed your mind on the initial purchase.
  8. Returns can only be accepted via UPS International couriers and only once has approved and arranged for your pickup.
  9. Do not send goods back unless prior approval has been arranged as return goods will not be accepted by our office. Your courier will simply be asked to return the product back to you.

  14. Delivery of Goods takes place at the Delivery Address that you specified on your Order.
  15. Orders that have multiple styles and multiple Designers / Labels / Brands on the Order form will have split deliveries. We cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered at the same time. When you place an Order from SosoCo-Global (Online) you accept that this is a condition of our Terms.
  16. If there is no one available at the Delivery Address to accept delivery, or there is limited access to the Delivery Address or it is unsafe or impractical to make delivery or for any other reason delivery cannot take place, a calling card will be left for you. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.
  17. You or your representative may be required to sign a delivery form to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery. Where redelivery is required because of refusal to accept delivery you may be required to pay additional Delivery Fees.
  18. Once delivered, you must inspect and test the Garment and ensure that the Garment (s) delivered match your order. You must let us know within (5) business days by contacting customer support if your delivery does not match your order or the Garments appear to be faulty. You can notify us via the front page under the customer service contact details provided.
  19. If you would like to track your delivery feel free to contact Australia Post / DHL or UPS directly and quote your tracking number which appears on the front of your customer receipt.
  • Risk, Title & Liability
  1. Risk and Title of the Garments passes to you on the date and the time of delivery of the Garments to the Delivery Agent.
  2. SosoCo-Global (Aust) Pty Ltd trading as, total liability for damages of any nature shall not exceed the total payment made by you for the garment (s). SosoCo-Global (Aust) Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any garment failure resulting from accident, abuse, misapplication, or modification without permission. In no event shall SosoCo-Global (Aust) Pty Ltd be liable for incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of any other pecuniary loss) on behalf of actions made in error by SosoCo - Global (Aust) Pty Ltd and its staff, participating members and their supply and delivery of garments to ‘you’ ‘the customer’ and not excluding the use of the website and the actions of its participating members in operation of this website.
